Booking Policy
The booking tariff per category is expected to change time to time as the per the seasons. Please do not expect same tariff applicable throughout year.
Please read below attached document to understand the complete details around any bookings made at The Gulmohar.
Cancellation & Refunds Policy: ● Holiday home Standard Check-in time is 12:00 hours IST and check-out time is 10:00 hours. ● Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to availability. ● Reservation Policy: The advance booking/reservation through internet or any booking website for the holiday home accommodation or services can be made by making the payment of 50% of the total booking amount (Inclusive of accommodation meal plans and additional services). ● Individual Cancellation, No-Show Policy: o Bookings made at ‘Standard Tariff’: Cancellation made 48 hours prior to the check in time of the arrival date shall not incur any cancellation charges. Cancellation made within 48 hours would attract 100% of the reservation amount paid at the time of booking as the cancellation charge. o Bookings made at ‘Promo code discount’ offered by The Gulmohar holiday home (and not any third-party bookings website such as Bookings.com, makemytrip.com, ibibo.com, Airbnb.com, etc.): Cancellation made 72 hours prior to the check in time of the arrival date shall not incur any cancellation charges. o Bookings made within 48 hours of the check in date are non-refundable bookings and 100% of the reservation amount paid at the time of advance booking will be considered as the cancellation charge. o In the event of no-show, a fee of one night’s room charge (inclusive of any applicable prevailing government tax) will be charged to your credit card provided at the time of reservation or as per any revised conditions of booking as per the offer. ● Date Change/Modifications: o All the bookings subject to date change or modification will be processed through a credit note. The credit note issued by the holiday home administration to valid up to 90 days of the date of issue. o Date change or modification made in the booking prior to 24 hours of the booking shall not incur any modification charge. Modification made within 24 hours of the check time of the arrival date would attract 25% of the reservation amount as the modification fees. ● Refunds Policy: ● The applicable refunds as per Individual Cancellations, No-show, date change/modification policy explained above will be processed within 4 to 7 business days from the date of cancellation.
● The refunds will be made in the same source which is used to make the initial transaction. ● All standard policies pertaining to the holiday home/ hospitality industry are applicable, when a specific reservation policy is not mentioned in the “Reservation Confirmation” document.
